hmmm.. there's an analogy that i thought was quite poignant in describing the sydney/melbourne lifestyle comparison.

"Sydney is the trashy skank you'll happily slam for a one night stand, but in the morning the alcohol wears off, the room gets light, and you get out of there as fast as you can. Melbourne is the girl you want to grow old with."

I cannot claim these words as my own but i do claim them to be true.
