I think you are doing the right thing. Just ask her for her phone number so ya'll can schedule to go out and do something and get to know each other better on the phone. Go to coffee and just let things flow pull a few lines such as you look real nice today... or something like that and just see how she reacts. Coffee dates are awsome because you get a chance to talk to the person and really get to know them, plus if it's not working out...you can give a lame excuse and be out of there after your done with your coffee wich is what 30 minutes to an hour..
