I used to do my assignments at night, but, as some of you may perhaps have noticed (or probably not, since I'm strikingly unpopular), I have not posted on TA for a week...

This is because there is NO FUCKING TIME FOR ANYTHING this semester! Oh my GOD, what was the ECE faculty ON when they designed this curriculum? There is not even enough time to finish all the work, let alone do anything fun!

To summarize: I've realized this year that I absolutely must do my assignments not only during the day, but also during class and during sleep, otherwise they will simply not get done.

My god. I shouldn't be taking 7 courses. I just looked at our digital systems assignment - what the fuck is a carry propagate adder tree?

you've probably already considered this - but if you're staying in t.o. for the summer, try to take as many courses as you can during the summer semester. it'll easen your workload by SO MUCH for the fall/winter semesters...

(though, i'm not sure how many engineering courses are 1/2 credits)

Funny you mention that, I can't take courses in the summer (since I go to university in Kingston), but I would have had the option to take one or both of the "worst" courses last semester. And last semester was easy, I could so easily have fit in at least one extra course.

Well, live and learn. I'm not alone though, 90% of the class didn't have the foresight either, so even though I've got more work than they do, we all get to suffer together.
