i own the 3001x. (i dunno how big the difference is between mine and the 3002.)
i have had some small problems with mine. the three major ones are that
1. when the volume faders are more than 3/4ths of the way up, they start to get crackly.
2. the bass knobs suck(the other frequencys suffer from this problem too, but you never need to turn em down this much). it is like, you turn it down, and a little bass is taken out, and then if you turn it a down around 8-7 o'clock, its almost like a full bass cut. the line between "cut bass", and "slightly lowered bass" is very fine, so it gets a little annoying.
3. the crossfader is crackly and bleeds, even though i rarely use it.
the 3002x was designed during the time period when numark was known for making shitty products.
