It is DJ Dean. If you think they are corny and cheesy then simply don't listen to them. They are a unique style, and in my opinion very well done. I don't have a favourite set, but I prefer the older ones. The Networx compilations are also great, faster and less trancy.

Cheers, Caleb

IMO DJ Jean's mixing and especially his track selection is disgusting.

So I recommend none of them. In fact I'd recommend getting other much more worthwhile series like Trance Nation or Euphoria series. There's plenty of other good series too, so I think you should stay the hell away from Tunnel. Just my opinion.

Ok you want to tell me something about TTF but you don´t even know which DJ is mixing it???

it's dj dean that does the mixing you dunce....

i agree that some of the tracks he chooses are crap and his mixing is a bit messy. but i think the way he sets up the sets flow pretty well.

if you haven't heard any good sets from tunnel lately you should check out tunnel 23 cd2. i stopped listening to tunnel mixes for a while also because it became such crap, but this one impressed me. its worth the time to d/l and check it out.

Yes I agree. Notice I said "There are other good series too", and I meant it. And yes I know DJ Dean mixes them, I just made a typo as I was typing really fast. Hell I didn't even spend money on my TTFs, just got them and then never listened to them untill recently when I was reviewing my mp3s and I was like WTF is this, aaahhhh! But yeah, Gatecrasher and Godskitches are very good too.

edit: and something else i forgot to mention, another reason I think TTF series is just awful, is it has too much of a bouncy feel to it, it feels almost happy hardcoreish - like just with too many highs and lows too quickly, and additionally a lot of the track selection features really corny lyrics that I used to like when I thought cheese trance was the shit

again just my opinion, cause I was answering his question, not trying to argue about anything

Tunnel Trance goes Ibiza

I think this is the best "Tunnel" CD. Its not part of the TTF series, but a special CD, still mixed by DJ Dean, and all the tracks rock!!! Specially "Space Planet - Global Trancescape"

Tunnel Trance Goes Ibiza !!!

I agree....imo he rushes the mixes..every mix is always under 64 beats. His track selection is that cheesy trance with hard bass drums or hard synths if u know what i mean....
