first of all, about professionalism, i don't have your email address, so thats why I PMed you. the phrase 'jerkoff' - very professional, did you hear me call you any kiddy names, i think not.

it is a dodgy bootleg copy, a copy which i already have. I asked in those exact words when I PMed you if it was, to which you replied it was not. (first lie).

Why would i rip it myself, when i already have a copy anyway, plus you can get exact rips of that bootlegged version on soulseek. the whole point i got it cos i thought i would finally get a decent copy of this on vinyl.

The state was shocking, IMAO, it has to be one of the worst conditioned records i have been sent. The only way i will be able to play it remotely if i wanted to was to go and spend money on vinyl cleaners.

You have screwed me totally over with this record, and i am asking for my money back. If the record had been what i was led to believe, then i would not be here in this position. I am a very good seller on ebay, with a good rating, how the hell i am i supposed to sell this record on ebay if i wanted to due to its condition i dunno, and i wouldn't dare either.

So i ask you this in front of everyone here, can i have my money back please, even if its just the money for the record and not the postage cost incurred?...
