Ok Yevat I`ve had a good listen you getting some notes that clash at the 2 min mark when the 2 melodies come in , the one that has the 16 beat cord change then the 8 then 8 again is the ones out , go up a note higher after the 16 . I can`t read music I make all my music by ear , But its differently out . you have used the same notes later in the song to the buzzing sound I think . I don`t like that bassline , change the sound and make it louder and bring up the claps to ,
Over all the song format is proffesional but the sound image is poor { Fruityloops am I right } Good to see that your a taking my advice on having 2-3 things happening a once , but you have to get them notes right when you do this .
These songs are the learning songs so keep them comming .

yevat im just about 2 min in, its catchy so far
but your synth or wahtever the fuck you call it, that comes in on the top line at about 1:30 or so, that three note line which repeats, moves up a minor third, and repeats

its in the wrong key.
move it DOWN one note (or half a step) (right now your base three notes for that synth line are B flat, A, D)
change that to A, A flat and D flat and you will find its in perfect harmony.

im sorry i forgot all the technical term bullshit, its really embarrassing after 12 yrs of intense classical music. half a note half a step/key whatever

i hope you understand what i mean. i'll give more criticism (constructive!) after listening to whole thing

i love how you fade in that melody (2:33) and stuff (other instruments, hi hats), as it crescendoes (builds up, basically, increasing in volume)

that's the kind of stuff i have no idea how to do w/ software. even though IMHO (seriously) my melodic chords and progressions are well polished.

does anyone want to collaborate with me?

i have no idea how, but trust me... with the amount of time i spend just "remixing" songs in my head, i think my skills would be beneficial to anyone with a good grasp of the software (dj pete?)
heh

Thumbs up

Yevat these notes clash more on the orinagle , the bassline cord progression with the melody is way off , but it doesn`t matter its all a learning process , Perhaps you should get on ICQ with Patticus because I cant tell you a C from a D , all my work is done by ear . I think Patticus will help you out , I hope anyway . I see that BPM was up on the last and the sound image was a little better , but I still like the first mix of this song . Keep on trying .

A lot of people have asked me that already Patticus , but the thing is I just want to work with my self at the moment , If what I`am working at the moment takes off I want to produce some Vocal Trance or Eurodance so I will need a female vocal for this . But if there is any thing I can help you out on I will { software programs synths what ever } but I suppose we could do a project together if you want , you can do the notes cords and how you want the song to sound and I will produce it , then we will post it here on TA . My ICQ is 115192235

Can u put the 1st mix of this song up??? I was downloading it b-4 at 1 time but it was way to slow, put it up on a fast connection I would love to hear it... Damn, pretty good song, I dont really like the begining to much.. It sounds too much like the trance that 1st started off being produced in 94-95, but when the XTC around the 2:00 mark starts off, it starts sounding really decent... Good work
