There was a time when I thought about it all the time. I tried to do it once or twice, but was never successful. Thank goodness I didn't get to go through with it though. I appreciate life too much to do that now. Plus having a friend die in a hospital because they hung themselves changes your perspective a little bit.

Never even thought about commiting it, I used to see it as a cowards way out with ppl getting murdered dying in accidents and dying because of diseases, however I thought it was very ignorant of me as I've never really experienced what its like being depressed or not wanting to go on any more. Another thing which changed my view about it all is I work opposite a tall bus station with easy access to the roof and a high rise car park, I'm up on the 7th floor not really high up but high enough to see two people jump and believe me it ain't a pretty fucking sight, there was some girl about 15 years old before x-mas in a month she attempted to jump from about 4th floor of the bus station about three times, it turned so fucked up people were in the smoke room watching it like a football game or film.

i considered it once bout 3yrs ago...i didnt know how but i was gonna do it...my life hit that point i couldnt take it anymore...but luckily i met someone that changed my view...i stopped myself...things been on the up and up since then...i hope i never consider it again...
