Anyway, breathalizers work in that there is alcohol in these tiny air sacs in your lungs. When you breathe...the alcohol comes out on your breath. Pennies would only maybe get the alcohol out of your mouth if that. There is really no way you're going to pass a breathalizer if you are really drunk.

you could inhale pennies, and then they would remove the alcohol from your lungs

but i'll tell you a better trick: DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!

btw, it always amazes me when i see people hold bills in their mouth because they're looking for something in their wallet and their hands are occupied. i mean, wtf? do you know how many dirty hands / etc. that bill has been in?
