Umm Hard House??

What's the matter? do we always have to listen to trance?
Hard House is probably not quite the right description of what he played, but he did also do a bit of the banging trance later in his set, then back to some chilled house to end the set.
I'd been up since 5am the previous morning and had a 12 hour very busy shift at work, was awake until I got home at 1pm, went out big last night / this morning too, so my recollection of this weekend is somewhat hazy.

Definately agree with you on this one, alot of melbournes talent is world class.. and many times have i enjoyed a locals set alot more than an international guest.

It was great song to play as an encore." - Ferry Corsten

I don't go to TT etc just for the 'names'! I actually prefer to go to these 'raves' as I prefer the lg arenas, huge lasers lots of space!
I do agree that we have the best talent here in Oz, however I won't go to see them regualary while they are playing in small smokey pokey clubs!

Umm I don't always listen to trance just to start, but Ben Korbel playing Hard House?
I didnt; mean we only have to listen to trance, I listen to Avril Lavigne for fucks sake.

korbs would never spin hh'''./
now the term that most 'suits him is smooth melodic progressive....with bouts of 'driving' proggy house..

Yep, that would be a much better description, driving proggy house, but with a bit of breaks and melodic prog mixed in.
123 hours, with less than 20 hours of sleep, 48 hours of work (4 x 12 hour shifts), a huge night for ben korbel, and a 21st the night after ... add that to a lack of genre knowledge and I'm sure to get it wrong.
