At the end of the day the age limit is there to protect young people from abuse at the hands of adults. Sure there are probably many 15 year olds mature enough to manage their own sex life but the line has to be drawn somewhere.
But as Vesa says, if you're inside a club and a girl tells you she's a certain age I don't think you can be blamed for beliving her (unless she's 3ft tall with no tits or something ).
