System is 19+. But if you don't get in, you will probably still see Mauro if you make a little effort, since all of System's guest DJ's stay at the Cambridge Suites Hotel.

Release Records located just south of Wellesley & Yonge
The Pit Records located just south of College & Yonge
Play De Record located just north of Dundas & Yonge

So start off at Play De Record and work your way north up Yonge, they're all on the same side of Yonge(the east side).

Play De Record is aweful! So damn disorganized, and for the trance lover a really poor place to go and seek out some good records.

I recommend going to Release (Tues through Friday) and look for Dekoze (who works there). He is one of the Toronto TAs favorite local DJs and can help you with the new releases and good tracks in stock! Dekoze is the best!

And since I know Paul @ the Pit, you should drop by there too! Paul has a great shop and a lot of good trance selections.. Tell him that Emerson or R.J. (the guy who sold him his computer) sent you!

Eastern Bloc isn't there anymore... Too bad, it is closer to my office @ yonge and king!

depends what kind of trance u like.. man i hate living in ottawa havent gone record shoping in toronto in ages

the best place for me is the pit.. because i like to find semi underground club trance

release records is very commercial look for your anthems there

play de record is good if your looking for classics i think i cleaned the store out tho lol!

so i suggest the pitt if anything.. besides the german guy there is pretty cool.. cant remember his name tho. he always gets me what i want

yeah but he gives you soo much records and doesn't let you look even tho you tell him that's enough. When i go in i like to look at everything and I want to pick not him. my friend got really pissed once lol

Quite a few times he brought some records and then i ran out of money even tho there were some other ones that maybe i liked more and couldn't grab em.

anyways he is a nice guy and i know he is try to help but piss off mate

i confirmed that Eastern Bloc is closed.

Thanks.

Coolio...

Damn...you'll be right in the thick of the Entertainment district so you won't find any shortage of stuff to do...
