Geezus, who's to say what's good and what's bad - I use to be "AFRIAD" to post on TA publicly admitting I liked "shitty" or "cheezy" trance songs. If you like it you like it, nuff said ....I for one like DJ Sammy's Boys of Summer (Green Court Mix). It seems most people that complain about dj's have never touched turntables themseleves...

BTW if you devote most of your time to dj'ing, i doubt you'd have much time to find an 8-5 job....where are you supposed to get your money from? If you're good and you get signed, you make money....why the hell does that make anyone a sellout??? JUST SAY NO TO HATERS, especially those on this board! BLAH! You make my head hurt!

DJ Sammy is a eurodance producer who started sometime in the mid-90's, he produced a series of singles under the name DJ Sammy feat. Carisma, and then later released his first album, Love is just a game. He continued producing, and the result is the follow up album "Heaven", featuring several covers of old classic tunes such as Boys of Summer, Heaven, & California Dreaming. On the eurodance boards he has been called the Puff Daddy of eurodance, amoung other things elsewhere.

Cheese is a popular term for his music, however his music is no where near as cheesy as say, Aqua, or the Cartoons, Daze, Vengaboys, or even Eiffel65.

It's weird. i've alwyas liked Beam and Yanou - they've produced some quality tunes. I imagine that Yanou is pretty embarrassed at his collab with DJ Sammy right about now.
