u mean the pics????

just upload them to somewhere online,
like i use my webpage server
http://dj_shockwav.tripod.com (shameless plug, i know)
and then once there, you can just type in the url of the pic you want by using this
(img)http://www.blahblach.com/pic.jpg(/img)
and just replace the "( )" with "[ ]"
