Well lots of people use drugs to a good time. Some people have emotional problems and then abuse drugs (do them a lot and to escape their problems). When drug abuse happens people can become what the lady in the store is like. Don't need emtonial problems...I had normal friends who just started to abuse and they have never been the same since...
