The same exact thing happend to me last summer - Phone always being busy, no replied E-mails etc. I just disputed it with my credit card company, (dotvinyl didn't even reply to the credit card company!) haha, so I was given a full refund from my cridit card company without any problem -
Then around 6 months go by, and they have this record that I really wanted and no other site had it, so i decided to give them another chance just thinking that my last order just got lost in the mail...well this time, I noticed that they now have the option to ship by FeDeX - so, I chose this method of shipping and got my record within 2 days 
So, they aren't a fake store - they just don't reply too well, which sucks. So my advice is to do what i did before, and if you are going to order from them again in the future, then choose the Fedex option, even though it's extra $, it's worth it in the end when you have your records in a coupple days
