I wouldn't worry about your leg being an infection just yet. When I fucked my knee up and had it stiched up I took the dressing off 2 days later and there was all this yellowy/greeny shit all over it. And my leg's still attached and working within normal parameters. Think it's just your body being a **** coz you've got a hole in you

well been to hospital and ive had this thing on for a month now..it is the beginnings of an infection so basically ive just got to clean my leg everyday again now (which takes like 2hrs) and keep a close eye..if it gets worse go in to quarantine lol seriously! o well chin up least it aint that bad..hopefully itl b fine DONT GO BK FOR 3 WEEKS NOW....MAYBE SUM GUD NEWS NEXT TIME I GO....can live in hope
