can't wait for an andain album!!!

Hey everyone this is Mavie from Andain. I'm really impressed to see how far some of you have gotten in figuring out the lyrics to "Beautiful Things." I thought I'd help you out a bit and post the actual lyrics I wrote. Thanks for all your wonderful comments and for listening so closely to our music. From my heart, it means a lot to me and I know Josh and David feel the same way.

Mavie, that song is beautiful... the first time I saw the lyrics and heard the song at the same time, it made me take a look at my life and look at all those things you take for granted and appreciate them... for once, meaningful lyrics in an electronica song. I literally shed a tear when the chorus hit me, I don't care what anyone says. You have a beautiful voice, please continue making songs, you guys make a terrific team. I'm also in the Bay area near San Francisco, it'd be great to meet you guys one day, hopefully there's a day when you're not too busy... on behalf of all your fans, please continue producing beautiful music!

omg! mavie i love you! that song is the most amazing song i've heard in a really long time, and the lyrics are just breathtaking. it has LITERALLY been on repeat for the past 5 days...i can't get enough of it. thanks for making my life a lot more beautiful!!

Thanks for taking part in the forums. This song is absolutely amazing. Nothing has captured the way I feel like this song. A truely brilliant song.

Yes! An extremly amazing Moving song. It makes you take a step back and look on your life, wether need for change or took look onto was has been good. Ibiza Dreams has showed me that reading the lyrics while listening to the song helps from not misconstruing the words. The melody towards the end tuggs at the heart. Thanks Andain for making beautiful music that puts the emotions we feel into words and melodies the we may not have been able to express. This way the whole world can relate and it brings people together. I know that personally trance has helped put things I could never say into music that i can share and that we are not alone in what we feel. Gabriel and Dresden: your work is truely wonderful, keep it up, we're behind you, wanting more. Mavie: I've always had the affinity for female vocal tracks but you continue my love for that, the vocals make this song even better. We all anxiously await for more. Thanks for sharing your voical talent.

A big thank you to rowanlove for answering my question in the "thank you from davedresden" thread. Great to have such openness about running projects. You don't see that very often.
