I think we should sanction him to death for not complying with the U.N. No oil should leave iraq. not for any one. Iraq should be excluded from the world community in every way until he complies.

And regarding CNN, thats my favorite news channel, infact I have everything related to CNN on cable. You names it, C-span, CNN-1,CNN-2, I think there is a C-span-2 there is quite a few of them. I can bare hear about all the bad things this country does because no one is perfect. NO government is perfect. there are alot o countries out there that are pointing there finger at us like we are the bully when we all know at one point or another other countries have done worse. Other countries have waged war on civilians as their target and their intent to harm was less than hidden. And did any one do anything, NO. Why? cause no one's wallets were being hurt. there have been countless massacres all over the world that people refuse to reconize or send aid too; including several diffrent types of ethnic cleansing, through out europe, but when we want something. the United States; one of the few countries, and main money source for U.N./world aid wants to take action, we are now the bad guys? I agree with you people that america may make half of the worlds money, but we are the only country in the world who shares our money. we are the only country that goes out of our way give foreign aid to people who are starving. i never heard of france doing any thing like that.... france doesn't even care that people will die (speaking of) they are concerned that their oil prices will change cause they get theirs from mostly from iraq and america will have control over the region. They hide behind caring people like yourselves who thinking of the innocent lives that are in jeopardy. The Same with other countries out there. NO EUROPEAN GOVERNMENTS TRUELY CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES. If they are true to what they say then I am sure that America will not attack when we can see you people stand behind your words. If the tables were turned and america was opposing the war, our words would not only be heard but we would provide aid, and support to the country of the topic. I think that if every one disagrees with us so much, then shake you hand with Iraq, stand by to provide support and show the United states that you are not willing to let this happen, I would wager my life, that united states would not attack, and create a new proposal for an agreement. We would not destroy everything WE worked so hard to build with and for the U.N. and the rest of the European nations.

as to Uniteded States the BULLY, The hated Aggressor.....
We are the only country that repairs and helps countries after wars.... Look at japan, we began a war with hatred and now they are the world's technological super power because we not only helped rebuild them but we improved their way of life. we ruined their cities and after we helped restore their government and their economy, and treated their people who were sick from radiation. Look at Eastern germany. After the war that entire nation was in shambles; ruined. Nothing could have been made of them. german civilians were starving to death, and United staes set aside our diffrences and we rebuilt their country. What did russia do for the western germans? when the walls came down and the country was no longer divided the western half was a waste. The eastern germans were up to date with schools and state of the art facilities of almost every kind. why? cause we helped pay for it.
We may have done alot of bad things, and we may make more mistakes in the future. but we do our fare share of helping. In most cases we are the only country that helps others. That doesn't make us any better or worse, we are what we are. but we can't be all that bad. I think people look more at the bad things we do rather than the good things. any how, enough rammbling...
My question to your point was and still is, what do you hope to accomplish by posting your information? What makes this Information thread diffrent from the rest of the threads (other than the fact it is not in the politcal forum,) and how is it supposed to help where the other threads lacked?
What kind of response were expecting when you posted this thread? Positive or negative? were you looking to teach people or lay the foundation for verbal warfare amongst TA's?
