Chicane - Saltwater is cool, but not the best.
Gouryella - Tenshi is simply awesome for its brilliant, futuristic biotechnology message, where life and machine being one is represented as a fascinating prospect for liberation rather than a gloomy warning. "We are on the verge of perfection and immortality," "In 1000 years we will either be machines or gods," and other compelling ideas. Not very flashy, but uplifting in a very intelligent and unique way. Ligaya continues this theme, but it's not nearly as good as Tenshi (musically, either).
Energy 52 - Cafe del Mar is just as good, I think, but for different reasons. The editing goes very well with the music, and the video perfectly captures the longing for Ibiza summer and what that famous Balearic island represents to many of us. Seeing the girl in it cast off her coat, seemingly called by the power of the music, is my favorite trance video moment. Beautiful! (As a side note, the version with the Marco V mix is horrible, because it cuts out the best part. Also, the mood in general goes much better with the Three n' One, with its distinctly Balearic sound).
Then again, I can't really judge because I've not seen that many trance videos. Thanks for the many other suggestions in this thread!
Unfortunately there are many bad trance videos too. I can't say how many times I've seen the vocalist or artist just walking around or appearing in random, unconnected shots, passed off as a video. How boring!
