i don't agree with the study done but i also think e is very bad. i can't take it anymore cause i get horrible depressed for weeks after taking it. as for long term irreversible damage... i hope that isn't true.

Same here. I was rollin quite often from March to December of 2001, and then I started to feel like shit for about a week afterwards. I stopped dropping until May of that year and I felt shitty for a week again. I did it again in October but didn't feel bad at all because I pre/post loaded. I did the same thing on New Year's and I felt fine. Now, I don't really feel like doing it anymore so I guess I'll be staying away from it, but we'll see. I'm definitely going to pre/post load if/when I do it again.

i just thought you guys may be interested in what qualifies as news...
