Yes read an article I posted earlier called the Arrogance of America or something like that. It's a newsweek article that's a good read. Should be able to find it with a search. It describes what went wrong with our foreign policy perfectly.

Yes i know the army knife is a gimmick it was a joke. The guns are because the mass majority are have cumpulsory military service at 18 or whatnot and as such are issued their military weapons. It's not so much personnel weapons correct?

nah they wouldn't have them otherwise, at least I don't think so.

But most of them practice on a regular basis with those guns.

I know it might make some people laugh, but if the Swiss were to be invaded they'd sure as hell have the way to kick the enemy's butt ( being a blockaded country forces them to have that "power" to reply just in case ).

btw there's a part of the swiss army in kosovo as we speak ! ( Stationned over there till 2005 )

I dunno about the specifics about the regulations, but I can tell you that people have always been safe with these guns.

the only case of some one going nuts with one of the "military" arms was shortly after 9 11 , guy walked into a city hall and liked all 14 people in the city council and then commited suicide.



I think there's no concerns that be had about guns in peoples homes over there.
