Not to mention that graduating from law school is no guarantee that you will become a lawyer. Today, in Canada, only 3 out of 10 law school graduates actually become a lawyer (i used to want to be one, i know ) There are more lawyers in North America than there are in the rest of the world combined so maybe Armin's chances are better if he ever chose to get a job in that field.

he probably doesnt make all that much from productions. Many productions are seriously suffering with the state of the industry. I could be wrong though

Armin releases alot of CDs. Vinyl may be suffering but are CDs? They have a wider appeal than vinyl whose market is strickly DJs and stay at home DJ types. Everyone has a CD player, very few have turntables.
