Now that I'm finally getting 40hrs a week though, I would think I should have it in the next month or so. And then comes a better mixer. And fuck, if one of you guys wants my old tables I'll be happy to give them away-same with the mixer but I have to buy a new one first...I remember how bad I wanted tables, even having shitty ass ones is better than nothing.

Let me know if you guys might want to take them off my hands when I get some new stuff. I was gonna give them to a friend, but he backed out because he would have to buy records . Give me a fucking break man, I could always spare a couple bucks a month for vinyl, and I sure as shit wouldn't refuse free tables...

Or if you guys wanna just play around with the tables we could arrange that, sort of a miny colorado ta party or something...that would be cool. I never get to play out, all the tools around here don't like "Paul Oakenfold type-stuff" as I was told I play.

HELL YEAH MAN, I'D DEFINITELY TAKE THOSE TABLES OFF YOUR HANDS!!! the sooner i learn how to mix the better! i cant believe techs are only 400 at guitar center...cheapest price ive seen so far. the old cheapest price was $439.99 on 123dj.com but after adding in shipping and shit it'd be more soooooooo. i cant believe your friend refused free tables cuz he didnt wanna buy vinyl!! i'm broke as a joke but i can still afford a couple records a month

They're TT1520s. They're direct drive, but they can't hold a steady pitch for very long.

I'd definitely be willing to show you guys what I know-I can mix pretty well, I need to get another Tech though. I'll have songs beatmatched perfectly but by the time I need to mix I'll have to adjust it at least once since the Numark drifts. It's not that big of a deal, especially now with the Tech. Shit, I remember how bad I wanted tables and I couldn't afford them for the longest time, I know what you guys are going through. What sucks though is once you start buying vinyl you can't stop...

And guitar center was sweet, I got out with the cartridge and the table for 450, and the cartridge was $70 or so new but they had a sale on that too...I wanted Ortofon Nightclubs but fuck, I couldn't justify $150 on one needle for my shitty speakers...at gc I'm like a kid in a candy store, screwing around with the pioneer cddj1000s and five channel mixers...fuck, I want money!

Definitely, let me know if you guys are ever down here or need a dj or something, you guys could hop on the decks too-it's good times.

It's getting close to 200. I didn't buy much last summer, only since last fall did I really start buying a ton. I guess that's where most of my paychecks go.

I was about to buy Shokks new tune today, but I need to make sure my car payment clears Tuesday. If Juno still has it then then I'm fedexing it's ass over here.

I'll show the whole lot a ya. A friend told me REALLY crappy basics, didn't even show me pitch control, didn't even TELL me about pitching the records, so I sucked for a loooooooong time. And I've heard him play since then, needless to say he sucks at spinning. So I taught myself, and it took alot of practice to get where I am now. It's really just picking up the basics and then practice, and I bet if someone told me the real basics of spinning I'm sure I would've learned quicker.
