what Al-Jazeera did was assist a government in breaking the Geneva Convention. what i find funny thoughout all this (the airing of the photos... etc) is, it just rejustifies that people over there don't want us fucking with their shit. who are we to say that they have to follow anything, i mean anything, we do or say?

so eyy... shit is wack, because broadcasting the pictures didn't give time for the pentagon to notify the families... a few did see the photos through other news services.

and... CNN did fuckin show the photo. so shut the fuck up. CNN just showed part of it "with no identifiable features." (and, yes, i witnessed this first hand). so shut up before you, yourself, are pointed out the be a racist/ethnocentric piece of shait.

So they take me in on a chain to Long Beach. And now they lock me up in the cell behind the court room in Long Beach while i'm awaiting to be heard on my traffic offenses. (parking tickets) and then I paniced and i'm thinking "oh my god, man, while i'm here, they're holding me, actually what's to stop them. i mean what's really to stop them?!" oh i assumed that maybe some day my mother would realize that i should've gotten out.(laughs) Nah, she was nuts, she wouldn't have known. But still what's to stop them?! and i'm thinking... and finally they called me. I'm sorry. I'll come out. I'll be dead. Scared.

CNN spoonfeeds all the americans with the news that THEY want to show..it does show other points of view from time to time, but u'll be surprised about how much news they DONT show...hah..its so fucking lame...i dont have anything at all against the ppl...but that news channel very one sided...well WE from other countries do know the real facts, and as much as it pisses me off when i hear very false news on that channel, it cracks me up wondering if people can be really that stupid

well, those are all good points; well versed, well recieved. you seemed to be expressing the knowledge that TV news controls what they put on the air. I didn't say I thought that they expressed all the news. I used a specific example to express my point and retort what that other guy said. I am very critical of what the news shows me, i hate watching it. Right now it's like a play-by-play football game. they may as well just say "let's check in with ted kopple down on the field." before they cut to him on the outskirts of baghdad. (i was just saying that it wasn't right for Al-Jazeera to broadcast the dead soldiers on their channel for reasons listed in my previous post)
