i was trying to help this one lady who called in.

I talked to her for about 15 minutes. She was trying to plug her digital camera into her "modem." i told her that the camera does not plug into the modem and that it plugs into the USB slot. After 10 minutes of explaining where to put it she realizes that her "modem" is actually the tower.


For some people i want to tell them they are too stupid to own a computer.

I work in tech support, and the shit you see is unbeleivable, computers melted cause they were next to heaters, mouse(the furry kind) living inside machines, hardrives sparking, so much dust inside a machine you cant even see the cpu, ohh the list goes on,......its quite an entertaining job tho, it has the un-predictability factor which i quite enjoy.

I used to do tech support for Palm PDAs.
People would ring up with some quite extroadinary cases like dropping their Palms in the swimmming pool, their Palms just suddenly 'exploded' and even oncce their was a customer who got his Palm ran over by his car !
