thats how Viva is usually on regular nights. But since this is PVD, there will be good amount of people that are 19+ coming to this party...and by closing the drinkers just the VIP section..you'll cause carnage in that area(long lineups..no place to drink etc.).
And the same time, they wanted to allowed all ages to experience this event, so they'll keep the underage folks in "another room" until last call or so.

getting an ID might all be in vain because PVD might not even be coming boys and girls. The gig is no longer listed on his website, which has to raise some suspicion. The Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary gigs are still on there though. Guaranteed it's because of fucking SARS. FUCK!
However, it's still up on Viva's site and on Temporal Rythm too. Fuck, I really want to see that German!! He better come.....he should wear a mask if he's afraid of SARS!!
