and they are too expensive...

ok i work at a home theather store for 6 years now and have seen alot of the name brands out there. The klipsh speakers rock and they actually use a horn tweeter which enables the speaker to play ear percing loud. B&O is a company that strives behind their name and the modern style. They are very expensive and although im not familar with their complete line up i would assume that you get a better bang for your buck by buying klipsh. in all honesty it all depends on what you plan to do with them, how well you can hear the difference, and whether or not your will to spend the money for the slight difference.

hope this helps.

btw those axioms look pretty sweet i would love to find a pair to hear what they sound like.

Bose makes AWESOME speakers, i can tell you from experience.

among the "consumer level" ones, Cerwin Vega and JBL are probably the best sounding.

bose sucks, they make speakers that aren't worth 5$, like a home cinema from only 2 speakers yeah right the people who believe these marketing tricks are just stupid and should be informed with some real audio-knowing people

in about two weeks i'm going to buy some b&w 602 s3's or mission m51
really good speakers
and in about a year i'm gonna replace my sony receiver (10 years old from the time that sony was making some good class-a stuff better then that home-theathre from 2cm satellites) with a marantz onkyo or denon

and you can't see their quality from the specs or the outside you have to listen to them, i know speakers who look like shit but sound better then a whole collection from a electic store

to everyone who think they have good speakers listen to mission or b&w you gonna be suprised

and bang&olufsen (b&0) are famous because of making modern designs from their televisions and stereo installations
they look nice but are very expensive and the quality of the speakers and receivers/cd-players are shit compared to the stuff you can get with the same price

I am thinking of getting "Cambridge Megaworks 5.1" speakers for my PC. Can anyone rate the performance of these?
