ive done both... lots of acid, but ive on done mushies once (acid _used_ to be so easy to find and so cheap in sydney, but ive never seen mushies here, i did em in the nl). mushies were giggly and fun twisted, where as acid is intense twisted... acid can be giggly fun too if you are with the right ppl, but definalty more intense experience.

acid upset my tummy way more than mushies. on acid i forget to eat for like 15 hours... with me, i have sensory-texture issues anyway so i dont like to eat when im fucked. mushies were a shorter duration for me and i was starving when it passed. acid has that god awful dirty feeling the whole next day too.

u gotta remember that you can be dribbling on a half a tab of acid... ppl who have done pills first tend to forget this fact and do WAY to much on the first time. and in my experience, clubs/raves are way to much exteral stimulation for acid anyway... too much to process at once unless you know what to expect. do it somewhere quiet with a few friends and have fun.

I've done both. Acid was fun. It made for a good laugh all night.

Shrooms I've done once. HOLY SHIT! I'm used to drugs that peak and then come down. This shit just kept getting me more and more crazy for hours. The first five or so hours were fun. And like someone said in a post earlier don't start thinking about deep issues in your life that get you down. I got reeeaally depressed and just wanted the trip to end so I could go to bed. And my life isn't even bad at all.

If your planning on picking you'll be looking for liberty Caps. Check round woods, fields, etc in your area between late september through to early november and try to do it before the first frost hits..

Liberty caps (Psilocybe Semilanceata):





If any mushrooms look at all dodgy when your picking, dont risk it and dont pick them.

i have taken both and i really don't think they are that similar, besides that both are a bit of a trip. you must be a strong person to take acid. i think shrooms are more of an annoyance if you are uncomfortable, but real giggly and fun in general. i tripped on acid a few weeks ago and i am in the midst of a pretty bad depression (yeah i know that wasn't bright) but i was fine. besides that the acid was way too strong, but i got through it ok. you just have to sit down and realize that you are stuck with your trip for a few hours and there is nothing you can do to end it if you don't like it. don't fuck around with drugs you aren't familiar with. it pisses me off to see kids candy flippin the first time they take acid. you don't know what you are getting into.

i took shrooms last weekend. i had a great time until i met this one girl that had a hard life and it really got me down.....so stay positive and hang out with good friends. i still loved it and it made me feel great. i wanna grow my own, but it seems like they can be fucked up pretty easily....so we'll see how it turns out. also, check out www.erowid.com for all your various drug inquiries cause they have a ton of info....including info about picking and growing shrooms.

Id love to grow my own drugs. Escpecially mushies
