Yeah its quite shocking that the "average" Israel critic adapted the word Zionist in its allegedly negative sense from Arab extremists. Just listen to Saddam's speeches...he talks like you guys when warning of the "Zionist threat" or when calling Israel the "zionist entity". But as occride said Zionism was a movement of Jewish nationalism whose goal to establish a homeland for Jews was achieved more tahn 50 years ago. No single person in Israel calls himself Zionist anymore..but of course our dear ciritics from Europe and the Americas have to use this totally irrelevant word

It seems as if the Zionists are rooting out Palestinians much in the same way the US rooted out the Native Americans, only we stopped and gave them a place of their own (reservations.)
