Any ideas to improve the next one? I'm thinkin of doing it with 30 competitors, so we will be sure to be at least 15

hmmmm... are u joking? There were less than 50% of competitors who entered this comp.

And 3 judges for 9 people is enough, but if there are 20 ppl then we will need more judges
