The government nor any of the major companies who can decrypt the data will not touch it. Speaks wonders considering that if AA77 really hit the Pentagon then what the exact problem would be with showing exactly that using the FDR from the plane.
Then again they probably just want to have everyone fighting back and forth over this bullshit to allow time to go by and never get around to actually pursuing the real criminals behind 9/11.
