Keep in mind that it is pretty much impossible for a belly button infection to spread throughout ones body and I have not heard of any cases like that. Take those comments with a grain of salt because my main point was that getting piercings is not healthy and can have an effect on people physically just as tattoos can also do the same and cause infections and rashes ect.
Personally I would rather put my health ahead of any attempt to look cooler or be more artistic or whatever and if one gets into a fight while wearing a piercing then it can easily be ripped out which would be some potentially serious PAIN |
Stop trying to cover your vicious comments with good intentions. You can't throw statements like out, and then pretend you're just 'looking out for our own safety', when you could not give 1 damn about anyone on here to begin with. You're not a Dr., you're not backing your 'safety' comments up with medical facts (most piercings done by reputable professionals in sanitary conditions do not have problems, and once a piercing is healed the possibility of infection is gone), nor are you concerned AT ALL in reality. Your comments are just there to suit YOUR OWN IDEALS OF 'A PERFECT WORLD ACCORDING TO MAX'. And sorry dear, there are FAR BIGGER things to worry about other than whether people on a message board have piercings. You really want to go 'change the world' on this topic, go bother actual piercing websites or attend a tattoo convention and get on your podium. You won't last 10 seconds. We're sick of listening to this subject. No one cares what you think.
