@orbax: just read what you wrote many pages back about how much fat% you need to have before you get good abs.. it really depends on your abs.. doesn't need to be 9 or less the guy i i'm working out with when doing legs, competed in the norwegian championship in body/athletic fitness (ending up 3rd) with a fat% around 12 (though he got massive abs)-look yourself - to the right 
had legs yesterday - maxed his personal twice in barbell squats hehe, first a 3x220kg, then a 3x240 (ps - the pic is from october, since then his legs have got much bigger)
since me right knee is a bit strange these days, i didn't want to try to max yesterday.. so only deep squats 4x150kg - though, 3x180kg in hacklift squats (with knees together, so you can feel your outer quads get ripped apart, felt good 
two more weeks to toning/deff begins is teh fun
