GO HEAT. Neither Phoenix nor Dallas have an answer for Shaq. |
if phoenix does play against the heat (very unlikely, but hey anything can happen), i like phoenix's chances against the heat. Like Phoenix, Miami goes 8 deep at most times. Miami rarely goes deep into their bench, so if they go 8 on 8 against Phoenix, the Suns will win, because all they do will run n gun on shaq, and shaq will get into easy foul trouble. And i don't think antoine walker, gary payton, and posey will keep up with the suns either. wade, williams, and haslem maybe, but im not sure. if the heat do want to go deeper, they have derek anderson and shandon anderson.
if dallas does play against the heat, then things may get interesting . we are talking about shaq against 'diaper' dampier , 'the joop' , and keith 'can' horn and wade against devin harris, jason terry, and marquis daniels. Miami clearly does not have an answer for 'the dirk' , so he would probably light up the heat every night for 30 a game. It probably will come down to the bench, where it will probably be the andersons, payton, posey, and mourning against griffin, stackhouse, armstrong, dampier (the joop will be starting), and van horn , with maybe some minutes for daniels. I give the edge to dallas.
sorry eduardo. no post finals bang bang for you.
