MIXING music is not MAKING music by any means... You're merely mixing tracks and perhaps adding some effects and/or modulating various frequencies of pre-recorded music that has already been created.

I wouldn't call him ignorant in the least... Furthermore I would venture that you should take your own advice and not be so ignorant since Liam DOES know something about what does on in the dj booth.

I have been in 9 bands and have written and composed several rock/alternative tracks...that IS making music and being a musician. Moreover, I also PRODUCE music and work with other producers so in the sense of electronic music, i AM a musician as well. I only support DJs that produce tracks because its not easy and they do it well. Im a DJ but off late i've been doing more live mashup sets using loops ive created for tracks of mine or using my keyboard to throw in notes over a track. THAT is making music while DJing (notice i said "while" and not "by")

as for ur next post...pffft...the company is one thing.. the aspect is based on cryogenics which is a the actual term which u shortened based on context so i think u actually dont only need to shutup but go back to school for some lessons in english as well..
