Why in the world would I want to spend over an hour of my life reading about the gory details of a policy based on a fundamental premise which I know to be seriously flawed, or at best highly suspect? When the so-called "big picture" is a total crock, the nuts and bolts don't really matter much. I'd sooner read schematics for a perpetual-motion machine.
