whatever airport you come from (CDG or Orly):
RER B => Gare du Nord
Metro 2 => Pigalle

About the Hotel Minerve, as it's in the Latin Quarter, it's not too far from RER B St Michel (about 10 min walking)

otherwise, you can take Metro 10 from St Michel to Cardinal Lemoine

For the Eiffel Tower, back to St Michel (by foot or Metro 10), then RER C straight to Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel (check the correct direction!!!).
