Well, I now know that the Brazilian secretary of foreign relations is extremely anti-American, which is an attitude I disapprove of. In the elections that may have an impact on the choices for a future secretary of foreign affairs, this is a piece of information that I can now take into consideration and act upon - that is, I'm not letting my representatives do whatever they wish without telling me who's doing what.
