So? Zimmerman is not a cop, he is not part of any law enforcement organization. It is not up to him to try and administer the application of the law at all.

Look, the constant feud of the alpha males is pretty much a constant in nature. We are designed to take a few punches, we do not deal well with bullets however. We're not supposed to kill each other on our own devices because it's against our cooperative nature, which is the very thing that makes us so successful. Whether someone needs to be alive or dead is not for an individual to decide, hence why we don't allow it. Around the world there's hooligans that live for the brawl, it happens all the time. It's a wonderful thing really, give in to those raging hormones and walk away bruised but most likely with a whole life ahead of you. And when someone does die it's at least possibly the result of an accident. You gave too much, you deal with the consequences. Ugly, but there ya go.

Guns just spoil the concept, they break the rules. Sometimes favourably, especially when tied to institutionalization and rules, like an armed police force for instance.
When you ignore these precedents however it's likely going to be bad.

You have a brain to avoid getting into these situations in the first place, legs to run away if you can't, and then survival instinct to keep you going when things get really fucking bad. When you bring a gun you have lost all right to claim any sympathy. Self-defence? Bollocks, you're doing it wrong. You play the lone wolf, don't account for your own mistakes and don't take the necessary steps to avoid it ending in tragedy. At best a huge gamble and at worst a very fucking grave mistake. Is it not reasonable for this guy to take responsibility for his mistake?

Who said Trayvon was doing that? Oh Zimmerman? Because they did not find a single drop of zimmerman's blood on the sidewalk, only on Trayvons hands. it is staggering that the kid is held to higher standards of responsibility than the adult who was warned and really went out of his way to make this happen.

Anyways, like his brother mentioned, he is a marked man and he will be killed. There is no way he is living the next year without going into protective custody. I mean he is fucked.
