youll be happy to know its a simple pile of bricks with a metal plate. None of that wanky 10000 dollar barbeque around here.

i see the topic has just changed from love to barbecues and general food preperation. Now im not an expert by anymeans, but using bricks and a metal plate (although being the cheap alternative to double and triple burner barbcues) is quiet a safety hazard Not only that! you've failed to meet the requirments of the National Barbecue Association escee!
