I've heard that same word used just too many times - by some Johns Hopkins University frat kids (Pi Kappa Alpha) like 2-3 years ago.

As I said, ask him if he had friends or family that went to JHU. It's doubtful that the word was created seperately by 5 people in different locations, someone had to have spread it.
The dudes that I knew were juniors and seniors 2-3 years ago so if they heard it in HS then logically they would be about the same age (early to mid 20's).
