total of 25 pullups, 100 crunches, 80 pushups, and one mile (half mile on toes). all in a circuit (i.e. 20/30 crunches, 20 pushups, 1/4 mile, 10 pullups, repeat, etc...). took about 20 mins total (with some random resting in there). was a great workout. also did some other ab stuff too.
what i've noticed (and i read about this too, but never really tried out until now), is that when you do crunches/situps, etc... if you are not keeping your feet grounded, you tend to get a better workout...
i.e. instead of having your feet under a bar/ledge, and just plain sitting up; raise your feet/legs up towards your midsection as you sit up (basically like making a "V" with your body). works great on the obliques too.
also, anyone ever notice the difference between having your hands behind your head vs on your chest? there definitely is...
