yeah i just did a quick mockup, idk if the placement and size of the title is set in stone, cause that could be a problem. the lack of a clear edge with such a busy background just seems distracting (formerly an aspiring graphic designer )

nothing is set in stone until i deliver the printed copy

i was mocking vogue and bazaar magazines that i own at home - most of which seem to break every law when it comes to graphic design (clutter, collage, different fonts, etc).
(interestingly enough, the same goes for fashion photography - the weirder it is the better).

But maybe making the font more bold will make the title stand out better against the busy background?
ps. the choice of the background is that the pattern is becoming a trend in fashion right now, and in the spring.

as for other minor stuff if you're looking for critique etc:
definitely put some text just above the girls hands (if you're gonna add more)
i'd make the t in insight a bit wider. looks like a cross right now, and the rest of the font is very wide, it doesn't fit for me

from there on out its just depending on how much you wanna airbrush/fix things that you don't reeeeally need to (tiny touchups on eyebrows, adding highlights etc)

yeah, well i want to make this as perfect as i can, and i have 1 more week to continue on doing it. Every time i open up this file, i find some minor thing to change, or airbrush, so what's a few more.
