Until tonight, I never realized just how well my PC heated up my room. I'd had it powered down all day simply because it's pointless keeping it on if the OS is not going to function at all. Came home tonight and it's a good eight or nine degrees cooler than it normally is in here.

Brr.

Edit: It's also a good deal quieter. I'm not used to hearing every little thing that goes on in here.
