yup, I am that type. I have used a trainer to switch my routine up a few times.
I def am not unrealistic....I dont expect to see *dramatic* results with 3 days a week, but I want to have SOME change over time. (ie: I have been back to working out consistently since october and have only lost 7-10 lbs, which, btw, keeps fluctuating....)
More importantly I need something to focus on. Since I have been back to the gym, I havent really been keeping track/scheduling/writing stuff down/etc....) I have been kinda just going and doing the opposite of what I did the day before. lol I know, I know, thats where I suck ...... but I only know so many exercises, and thus its getting repetitive and simple for me. I need something more complex and different.
