I used to get medium cherry shakes when we would go in high school. That or butterfinger blizzards.

You are right....small is good. If you don;t puke it will melt before you finish (or you get a 10 megaton brain freeze if you are able to finish )

and flagrant was actually workable, Blazingly Hungry would totally work. Flagrant colloquially means VERY OBVIOUS or making a show of, so I would say you were good on that
