If I had to guess, I would say that they aren't advertising that the main room will be open to anyone because the official grand opening is Victoria Day weekend (like this weekend is a sneak preview to those who go regularly).

I was at Guv on April 28th and Mark said at the end of his set that there is only ONE weekend left in KoolHaus and then it's back to the main room.
