About the Hotel Minerve, as it's in the Latin Quarter, it's not too far from RER B St Michel (about 10 min walking)
map: http://www.hotel-paris-minerve.com/English/Location.htm
otherwise, you can take Metro 10 from St Michel to Cardinal Lemoine
For the Eiffel Tower, back to St Michel (by foot or Metro 10), then RER C straight to Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel (check the correct direction!!!).
Thanks! I greatly appreciate it! Wish I had more time to spend in Paris. Any other must sees or places to eat breakfast or lunch in the area? Close to Latin Quarter or Eiffel Tower?
