If they don't want to participate in the ticket reselling, then don't, but when you sell something you are responsible for refunding the money if it's recalled/defective/whatever. Refunds are not a separate service, they are part of the retail business. |

when I walked in and heard all that, I obviously got agitated, since I already made a trip there on Sunday and got told that he has not heard anything about refunds yet (another load of bs since Activate posted the letter on Thursday June 4th, saying refunds start as of June 5th)
I then called one of the promoters to speak with this guy, and he proceeded with telling them that I'm "causing a scene" in front of his customers (2 school kids taking pictures of the equipment in the store, lol) and if I asked nicely (!?) he would have given me a benefit of the doubt and would MAYBE return the full amount - I don't know how I refrained from punching his face in when I heard all that
he had a fucking nerve to tell me it's all over ONLY $5 - he obviously failed math in high school, since this was over $10, and I'm sorry - that's my daily lunch + Starbucks money!
anyhow, kudos to the promoters for trying to resolve this!
